This Privacy Policy describes how BRTH ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the BRTH mobile application and brth.ch website (the "Service").
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication method (Email, Google, or Apple).
We collect information about how you use the Service, including session activity, feature usage, and app preferences.
We may collect device type, operating system version, and app version for troubleshooting and improving the Service.
BRTH accesses your device microphone during active sessions to provide breathing feedback. Audio is processed in real-time and is not stored after your session ends. With your explicit consent, anonymized session data may be used to improve the Service.
We use the following third-party services to operate BRTH:
We retain your account and usage data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Under applicable law, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. BRTH is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email.
